RULES and FINE PRINT

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations/Rebooking are for studio credit only, no refunds.

• Bookings cancelled within 7 days of start time are subject to a %50 rebooking fee

• Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of start time are forfeit and there will be no rebooking

Covid-19 Exceptions

• If the local guidelines no longer permit the studio to operate as a business, your booking will be refunded or rescheduled based on your preference.

• If your team/shoot has to cancel because of Covid-19 but the studio is allowed to legally operate, no special treatment/exceptions will be applied. Unfortunately this would be too risky and for the detriment of the business. The rebooking/cancellation rules as stated above apply the same in this case.

*No photography, loitering in the hallways. The rental of space is for this studio only. Do not disrupt our neighbours or use the building in any other way than the studio.

*We do not permit the studio to be used for any pornographic content.

*Your booking begins the time you book for, no earlier, and ends the time it's booked, no later. If you require extra time to move things, load/unload, please book appropriately. Clients are to behave responsibly, and are liable when using studio at their own risk.

*Cleaning and maintenance fee is for regular cleaning and maintenance, as well as the time it takes to account for up keeping the studio, NOT for cleaning up messes. Please respect the space and put garbage in the garbage can, and put furniture back where you found it before you leave. Strict no glitter, feather or anything of that nature policy. If you leave a mess, you will be charged extra.

*Damage policy is if you break, stain, rip, any form of damage to property, you will be charged for the damage as inspected by the owner.

*Studio entrance is monitored by video camera as a security measure.
